Schedule

All events will be happening at the James McCune Smith Building (JMS), located on University Avenue and in the heart of the University of Glasgow campus.

There are 7 floors in the JMS building, of which all events of the conference will be happening on the 6th and 7th floor.

Committee Rooms

All committee meetings will be held at the following rooms:​

• HOC - JMS 743 (7th Floor)

• SC - JMS 745 (7th Floor)

Secretariat Room - JMS 630

For any enquiries, support or late registration during the conference.

Welfare Room - JMS 734

Available anytime for any conference participant that would like some quiet downtime. 

This room is regularly checked by our USG Hospitality and Welfare, who is happy to support and listen, or equally check-in and then depart.

Socials

The Friday evening Ceilidh and Formal Dinner will be held at One A Square at Professors' Square on campus. The Saturday evening pubcrawl begins at Innis and Gunn Glasgow West End on Ashton Lane.
